The story of Susan Gilea
Susan is a 39-year-old Widow with four children, who lost her husband to the war in South Sudan. As a member of Morjita serving group in Imvepi, she said this project of saving has really helped her in the following ways: –
- Being sick of Typhoid and Ulcers, she was able to obtain money for her treatment and children.
- She has two children in secondary school which she used loans for paying their school fees.
- She operates a business of selling maize, beans and onions.
Note:
Susan plans to save part of her money after share-out for future school fees demands and use others for re-investing into the same business and other money for treatment of her ulcer.
