A wonderful gift this Christmas

This Christmas we have been able to give wonderful news to one family as a sponsor has been found for Joshua Paul Woja Kajaminyo.  Joshua is 11-years old and attends Jit Primary school, Namawojjolo, on the Jinja Highway (about 6 km from Mukono town).

Sponsorship provides $225 three times a year to cover school fees for Joshua and enable him to attend school.  Often schools fees are just not attainable for families in South Sudan and this is wonderful news.  We take for granted free schooling, the facilities that our schools provide and the opportunity that our children are given thanks to the education system here in the UK.

After recieing the news Joshua’s father Ely wrote the following to Caroline:

“This is real good Christmas News for my Family and above all Joshua. Times like this are when as Parents we are anxious about school fees and other school needs and getting such news is Joy beyond compare. Please convey my heartfelt gratitude to the sponsoring  family for this generosity which I believe is motivated by their desire to love and serve The Lord our God. God bless them.

Yes you are really welcome to our house in January and meet my wife Jesca and our son Joshua. The other  children will still be home on school holidays so you will be able to meet my entire family; maybe apart from me.

Once again, God bless you  and I wish you Merry Christmas.

Kind Regards,
Elly”
