Facilitator Friday
We are taking time to spotlight our Community Processing Facilitators (CPFs). They run our agricultural and savings groups, supporting thousands of people as they change their lives. We hope you enjoy getting to know these key members of the CRESS team!
Dudu Diana works in Imvepi Refugee Settlement. Through her role, she works closely with community members, supporting households with information, guidance, and activities that help improve their well-being. She is passionate about serving others and takes pride in making a positive difference in her community.
Behind her commitment to serving the community is the responsibility of caring for her own family. Diana faces many financial challenges, and providing for her household is not always easy. However, the income she earns from her work has become an important source of support for her family.
The money she receives enables her to pay school fees for her children, giving them the opportunity to continue their education and work toward a brighter future. It also helps her buy food and other basic household necessities, ensuring that her family has meals on the table even during difficult times.
Despite the increasing cost of living and the many responsibilities she carries, Diana manages her income carefully to meet her family's most pressing needs. She remains hopeful and committed to her work because she knows that every contribution she makes not only supports the community but also helps secure the future of her children.
Diana's story reflects the resilience and determination of many community-based facilitators who continue to serve others despite facing personal hardships. Her dedication demonstrates that even a small income can have a meaningful impact, helping families meet essential needs, keep children in school, and build hope for a better tomorrow.
