A rewarding day had by all
We are waiting on the latest blog which although the team has sent has not been received back here in the UK. Thanks to messaging apps we are able to provide you with this quick update.
We had a fabulous day- exhausting but worthwhile. Saw amazing results from agriculture project – in 4 months 35 women are producing enough food to keep hunger from their families, some manage to pay school fees with what they sell and save. The joy and sense of purpose these women feel is tangible. They are longing to expand further as many more want to join the scheme as they see the amazing benefits.
We are all grateful for your thoughts and prayers as we have had a wonderful few days here. More to come when back in Uganda.
