Sustainable Climate Smart Agriculture

My name is Gale David, and I serve as the Lead Farmer for the Graceful Agriculture Group in Mijale. Being a farmer mentor among the Community Savings and Credit Groups members has been a rewarding experience. I have had the opportunity to guide fellow members by sharing knowledge and demonstrating good farming practices that help improve crop production.

Since becoming a Lead Farmer, I have gained valuable management skills and learned the importance of applying best agricultural practices. The role has also helped me better understand my responsibilities as a lead farmer, including mentoring other members, promoting improved farming techniques, and encouraging teamwork within the group.

This experience has increased my confidence and strengthened my ability to support other farmers in improving their livelihoods through sustainable agriculture.
