Saving a Life
Weighed in at Kajjansi Airport
With safe arrival of the second contingent, the 2016 team is now complete with the Robertson’s arriving after a long overnight flight in time for breakfast this morning. No time to relax with a full and good day of planning, discussing the programme and how they are going to fit everything into 3 and a half days!
The good news is that the Bishop says he is expecting them, and Joseph will be meeting everyone in Moyo (in northern Uganda) tomorrow and will drive the CRESS UK team over the South Sudanese border into Kajo Keji. Adrian Burholt and Maggie Metcalfe are very excited to see him again, and the others keen to meet him and to actually get there!
The team will be up very early again tomorrow as they need to be at the airfield outside Entebbe at 07.30 for their MAF flight to Moyo. Who will get to sit next to the pilot this time…?!
The team are grateful for all your messages of support, it is great to know that so many of you are interested and wishing them well. The team will over the coming days paint a picture of their experiences and the work CRESS is doing in s Sudan as they try and describe all that they see and do.
