It is all go as we prepare for the clinic opening!

A mad rush today as Caroline realised Godolphin were breaking up on Saturday and needed the clinic flyers to encourage the girls and their families to get sponsorship for their walk in September.  The money raised will go towards providing a solar power system for the clinic, which will make it almost unique in South Sudan

Joseph emailed later in the day to say that they had interviewed and appointed a nurse and midwife for the clinic!!  Cress nearly has enough long term sponsors for these salaries – the midwife is funded by Sarah Sedgwick’s blog and fund raising in Nottingham- she has done amazingly well.

The clinical officer they wish to interview is in Yei at the moment so they hope to see him in the next day or so!  It’s all go as we prepare for the clinic opening!
