CRESS Christmas Cards
During the January Trip Caroline and the visiting team are looking forward to meeting all the sponsored students and families as they gather for their inspirational conference. This is the first time the UK team have met the students together since before COVID.
The conference will include:
- Good News Club for the primary aged children
- Health education for secondary aged students and parents
- Parenting in Faith workshop
- Mentoring on decision-making by CRESS-sponsored graduated
- Young leadership training
- Testimonies about changed lives shared
- Games and fun team building
- Sunday morning joint service
At the family day in 2019
All the students and parents will be funded to travel to Arua and they will stay at YWAM which is a large Christian training and conference centre.
We are looking for final contributions towards food and accommodation for the conference.
The UK team have paid their own way for this trip and the bulk of the funds for this conference have been raised through the Big Give with thanks to our 2023 donors and our champion The Together Fund.
