Departure date drawing ever closer!

The team have been packing for days, which is a feat in itself!  British Airways allow 3 suitcases per person, so with a team of 6 that makes 18.  However we have a problem, the 80+ sponsors of our children have got carried away in their generosity and made their packages so heavy that we are struggling to keep to the 18!  I am now investigating the cost of extra suitcases – I fear it is about £100 a suitcase.

Also we have received an email from Jonathan Cullis to say he has a microscope ready to go, so I said just drop it off and lets see what we can do!!!  We love a challenge at Cress Headquarters here in Wiltshire and the microscope a valuable piece of equipment so essential that we find a way of taking it with us!

The team depart on Saturday 12th September from Heathrow, arriving in Entebbe late evening so shall be staying in the airport guest house to catch our breath for a few days; a chance to relax, plan and meet sponsored youth.
