Pastors’ Training – Rhino Camp | December 2025
Equipping Leaders. Strengthening Churches. Transforming Communities.
CRESS Africa Foundation is delighted to share highlights from the Pastors’ Training held in Rhino Camp from Tuesday 9th to Wednesday 10th December 2025. This meaningful gathering brought together pastors, evangelists, and lay readers from different denominations, united by a common calling to grow in effective, Christ-centered ministry.
The training focused on strengthening biblical leadership, discipleship, stewardship, and Christian spiritual care, while deepening the role of the church in community engagement and collaboration. It also provided a safe space for learning, reflection, and peer support, equipping leaders to respond to both the spiritual and psychosocial needs of their congregations.
Participants engaged in practical, participatory, and biblically grounded sessions on:
•Foundations of Biblical Leadership
•Stewardship and Church Growth
•Christian Life and Christian Worship
•Integrity and the Seed of Hope
•Generosity, Compassion, and the Church’s Role in Community Engagement
A total of 19 pastors, evangelists, and lay readers were equipped with renewed understanding and practical skills in leadership, integrity, hope, stewardship, and community building.
We sincerely appreciate the dedication and collaboration of the facilitators: Mr. Murye Scopas, Rev. Scopas Bullen, Rev. Francis Amule, Rev. Baraka Emmanuel, and Rev. Rejoyce Wilson.
Together, we can build stronger churches for healthier communities. For more info, contact us here.
