The loud hailer systems were set up in response to the COVID lockdown and restrictions in Uganda, but they have proved to be invaluable in so many ways to their local communities – here is a short update on each of the four systems.
Much appreciation from the community
and the office of the OPM for the two
Radios services and programs
During the lockdown, it played a big
roll in preaching and passing
We have four presenters in each loud hailer total to 16 in all, we hope they can be given more training in the future.
Our hope now is the Loudhailer and Discipleship programme, which are very effective in Camps and for our people in Mijale, especially during the Lockdown.
We have 74 Bible study groups, in each group, we have 5 people total to Imvepi 43, Mijale 22, Arua 6 and Bidibidi 3, these are groups. The budget for buying printing materials is used, but the demand is yet greater.
These loud hailers have made unity visible among the denominations to work as a team to proclaim the Gospel of Christ Jesus. 16 people have given their lives to Christ
Free houses are given by the owners to host the hailers and the presenters offer services voluntarily.
