The College, founded by the Church of England in 1841, was based on the principle of teaching with a firm Christian ethos. Over the 137 years of the College’s life, many students chose to work as teaching missionaries in different parts of the world. It is therefore because of this Jenny and Anne are kindly and generously donating the profit from their book to support Cress, enabling the purpose for which the College was founded to live on.
