In December, the Bishop of the Diocese of Liwolo commissioned 16 women into Mothers’ Union membership, licensed 31 Mothers’ Union Lay Readers and confirmed 930 Christians in Imvepi Refugee Camp.
This year, with COVID, the DOL has used different methods to keep in touch and spiritually nourish the refugees. This has included the Loud Speaker Project and later when restrictions eased, the showing of the Jesus Film.
