Achievements to be proud of
Back here in the Chalke Valley, it feels strange not to be with the CRESS team in Kajo Keji and I find I am continually pulling up the blog or Facebook to see if there has been a post. Lovely one last night about the success of the agriculture project! Real joy to see that and the fruits of the project.
We have been trying to help Fred with his leg problem. Thanks to a generous offer I was able to take Fred last Thursday to see Mr Neil Jacobs, an Orthopaedic Surgeon at New Hall.
Mr Jacobs suggested an MRI scan to see the condition of the bone – this put us into a panic as the cost was above our funds. So, I sent round the letter from Mr Jacobs to a few key people and almost immediately an offer came to fund the scan. Wellspring has also offered to pay for his vaccinations before he returns.
Sunday saw us going to St Pauls Church in the evening and to our delight St Pauls prayed for CRESS and Andrew and Cilla in Kajo Keji.
